Heavy upgrade! NIMC2400N series is a high-performance industrial motion controller equipped with industrial quad-core chip (Cortex-A55@2GHz) and 1TOPS NPU, supporting edge computing scenarios such as AI vision and predictive maintenance.
Equipped with 2GB LPDDR4 memory +16GB eMMC storage, it runs multiple tasks smoothly.
It is equipped with rich communication interfaces:
3× gigabit network ports support industrial protocols such as EtherCAT, MODBUS TCP, and independently divide the control network, data network and management network;
2× isolated CAN (supporting CANopen master station), 2× isolated RS485, 2×RS232, compatible with ModbusRTU protocol.
Local integrated multi-channel IO:
16 DI channels (NPN/PNP switchable), 12 DO channels, 4 PWM channels (100 MHZ), 1 AI channel (4~20mA/0~10V), 2 AO channels (0~10V). Equipped with the self-developed IEC 61131-3 programming software, it supports multi-language mixed programming such as ladder diagram and ST.
It has an inbuilt motion control function library, significantly improving the development efficiency and is suitable for complex industrial automation scenarios.

Achieve one-to-many synchronous control
It is suitable for synchronous control of (CANopen, EtherCAT) servo motors, stepper motors and brushless motors, with a fast response. It can control up to 8 to 16 motors to operate stably simultaneously.
IEC61131-3 International Programming Standard
Equipped with self-developed programming control software, it complies with the IEC 61131-3 standard and supports multi-language mixed programming such as ladder diagram (LD), structured text (ST), and Function block (FBD).
Built-in dedicated function libraries for motion control (such as axis parameter configuration and position mode switching) have improved development efficiency. It is equipped with multiple standard function libraries dedicated to motion control.
