01.Highly integrated design simplifies installation and maintenance

The PMM20 series of integrated micro servo motors utilizes a highly integrated design concept, seamlessly integrating a permanent magnet synchronous motor, a high-precision encoder, and a servo drive within a single, 20mm-wide housing. This design not only significantly simplifies the system architecture but also significantly improves overall operating efficiency. Users no longer have to worry about matching the drive with the motor, significantly reducing deployment complexity and costs.
02.Multi-turn absolute encoder

Supports 17-bit multi-turn absolute encoder, with a position range of -2147483648~2147483647 and a theoretical positioning accuracy of 0.0027°
Two recovery modes are supported:
✔️ Single-turn recovery: Automatic calibration after power failure if the movement does not exceed 1 turn
✔️ Multi-turn recovery: Absolute position can be immediately recognized when power is turned on again at any position
03.Flexible communication configuration

The PMM20 series integrated micro servo motors support both CANopen and Modbus RTU (RS485) bus communication protocols, enabling rapid integration into various industrial automation systems and enabling seamless connection and efficient collaboration with other equipment.
Provides 3DI+1DO programmable interface, supports PNP/differential input and other connection methods, and easily realizes:

The PMM20 series of integrated micro servo motors supports both CiA402 and NiMotion control modes, encompassing a variety of advanced control functions, including Profile Position Mode (PP), Profile Velocity Mode (PV), Profile Torque Mode (PT), Velocity Mode (VM), Interpolation Mode (IP), and Home Return Mode (HM). These modes enable the motors to adapt to a variety of application scenarios, achieving efficient and precise motion control.

The PMM20 series of integrated micro servo motors offer exceptional load torque, with a rated torque of 0.064 Nm, a rated speed of up to 3000 rpm, and a rated power of 20W. With an input voltage range of 12 to 30 VDC and a rated voltage of 24 VDC, they can easily handle a variety of complex operating conditions, maintaining stable performance from overload to high-speed motion. This makes the PMM20 series an ideal choice for applications such as precision machining, laboratory instrumentation, electronics, and medical equipment.
