Nimotion integrated motor: A method of controlling the motor to travel a fixed distance using a single switch.
In Limaisheng's integrated motor products, a switch can be used to control the motor to travel a fixed distance, applicable to scenarios such as labeling machines.
The configuration method is as follows:
1. Enter Hardware Configuration -> IO Configuration interface;
2. Set DI1, DI2, and DI3 to "1-Enable", "28-Multi-segment Position/Speed Enable", and "6-Multi-segment Run Command Switching" respectively;
3. Enter Motion Configuration -> Mode Configuration interface;
4. Switch the mode to: "Manufacturer Mode -> 1-Nimotion Position Mode";
5. Set "Position Command Source" to "Multi-segment Position";
6. Enter the parameter management interface, check...
7. Select three protocol zones and check "Auto Refresh";
8. Search for "2011" in the search bar;
9. Set the parameters:
(1) "Multi-segment position operation mode" = 2;
(2) "First segment dynamic displacement" = 0;
(3) "Displacement position command selection" = 0;
(4) Set "Second segment dynamic displacement", "Second segment maximum speed", and "Second segment acceleration/deceleration time" to the parameters you need;
10. Click "Save all user parameters" in the lower left corner;
11. Power on the motor again.
12. Press DI1 first, then DI2, and finally repeatedly press DI3 to control the motor to step forward.
