Application of integrated servo motor in intelligent (automatic) charging equipment
With the rapid development of new energy vehicles and their industries, the demand for charging equipment for pure electric vehicles is increasing day by day, and at the same time, it is also constantly moving towards intelligence, which has led to the emergence of intelligent charging robot equipment.
01.Equipment Introduction
Currently, new energy vehicles are divided into four categories: hybrid electric vehicles (HEV), pure electric vehicles (BEV, including solar vehicles), fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV), and other new energy vehicles (such as supercapacitors, flywheels and other high-efficiency energy storage devices).

Automatic charging is an upgrade based on the traditional solution. After the vehicle is parked and charging is started, the charging gun head automatically identifies, calibrates and inserts into the car's charging port for charging. When charging is completed, the gun head is automatically retracted.

Based on the compact design of the integrated motor, we can upgrade the charging equipment.
Using a robotic arm as a medium and equipped with a charging device, the integrated servo motor serves as a power source to drive the device to move, such as the gun head rising and falling or moving forward and backward, thereby realizing functions such as intelligent vehicle detection and unmanned automatic charging.

This means that the detection unit can obtain sample information more quickly, improving the working efficiency and responsiveness of the equipment.
Complete alarm function: The integrated servo motor can detect hardware failures in time to avoid affecting system operation. It is equipped with multiple safety protection functions. The LED flashing alarm can intuitively display the current status of the motor. It also has protection functions such as overvoltage/undervoltage, overheating, overcurrent, and stall alarm.
