The integrated servo motor is a servo system that combines a motor, a driver, and an encoder. It has the advantages of high-precision control, fast response, and efficient operation. A tethered drone is a drone that is connected to ground facilities by ropes or chains, and can achieve long-term stable hovering and aerial operations.

 

01.Equipment Introduction

Power cord pulling device:

In a tethered drone, the power cord needs to extend from the ground facility to the position where the drone is hovering. In order to ensure the stable transmission of the power cord, the integrated servo motor can be used as the core component of the power cord pulling device.

By controlling the rotation direction and speed of the motor, the power line can be retracted, extended and adjusted, which can not only improve the efficiency of power transmission, but also ensure the stability of power transmission.

Automatic retractable device:

In some application scenarios, the operation time of a tethered drone is long, and the power cord needs to be frequently retracted and released.

In order to improve the working efficiency, the integrated servo motor can be used with the automatic retracting device. When the drone needs to be charged or the power cord needs to be retracted for other reasons, the integrated servo motor can control the power cord to be automatically retracted.

Monitoring system:
