01. Introduction

Photovoltaic intelligent cleaning robot is an efficient and environmentally friendly solar photovoltaic power station cleaning equipment.
The traditional electronic control system uses PC+ MCU + logic control chip + stepper motor and other control schemes, so that not only the wiring is complicated, the space is occupied, but also the whole control process is very complicated, which greatly increases the development cycle.
The application of integrated servo motor provides powerful power support for the movement of the robot, which occupies small space, high precision, high response, bus control, simple wiring, rich alarm function, lower cost, and further improves the performance and efficiency of the cleaning robot.

At present, some power stations use a photovoltaic gray water automatic cleaner device, which can avoid many drawbacks of manual cleaning and conventional cleaning robots, truly automatic operation and maintenance, but in this device, there are still places that can be optimized and upgraded, the following we upgrade and transform it.
02. Application Scheme

1. Mobile cleaning job design
The mobile mechanism of the photovoltaic solar panel cleaning robot uses four integrated short servo motors (PMM60-L) to control four wheels to control the left and right movement of the machine. The rolling brush in the cleaning operation mode is directly connected by the motor through the coupling to realize the rotary movement of the robot.
2. Pneumatic system design
When the photovoltaic intelligent cleaning robot stops running, it automatically moves to the stop position, and the cylinder pushes the stop shaft to the stop position to achieve the purpose of the machine locking the shaft, even in the wind and rain, there will be no movement.
3.PLC control system design
With the continuous improvement of the cost performance of single-chip computers, the price of microprocessor chips and related components has been greatly reduced, and the cost of single-chip computers has also decreased. Therefore, the control system of this design adopts single-chip microcomputer control, which is convenient and can control the cost.
Real-time transmission of information such as movement, cleaning, obstacle avoidance and machine status through remote start control.
